Bespoke Project Japanese Garden - Fencing and Wall Illuminated Panel

Logi loves creating Metal Garden Art pieces for a single collection. We have an Equestrian , Safari and Dragons collection and many others which you can find here. This gives you the opportunity to decorate your gardens, homes, and patios in a consistent style.
Our clients are great admirers of Japanese culture and oriental style gardens.
Which is why they commissioned a fence displaying everything that could represent Japan:

  • Fence - it was 5 meters long to fit every wonderful detail.

There are pagodas, Japanese cranes, a pavilion for tea ceremonies of the geisha Fujiyama, elements to represent Feng shui.

  • Japanese style Wall Illuminated Panel displaying the huge palace from the ancient capital of Japan, Kyoto.

The dimensions are very impressive too- 1.5 meters by 1 meter and a weight of 70 kilograms.

Our clients loved these pieces as much as we did. And it gave the Logi team the opportunity to show off our engineering and design skills.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT – Once payment has been received we will confirm your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and us.

Payment can be made online via our website using or secure payment provider – Payzone (most major credit/debit cards accepted), by bank transfer or by cheque.

ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY – All our credit/debit card transactions are carried out by Payzone. They deliver one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. No payment details are stored or handled directly via our Logi Firepits website.

ORDER NOTES – Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via email. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error.

DELIVERY – All our firepits are made in UK and delivery can sometimes take up to two weeks. Generally our carrier will deliver within 2 days. Most of our products are available from stock and will normally be shipped within a couple of days. If your order is urgent, please call us to discuss your requirements. If there are any issues regarding the delivery of any of the items on your order, we will contact you immediately.

During busy times, or bank holidays, deliveries may be affected. For information please contact us via e-mail or phone.
Goods will be delivered to the address specified when the order was placed.
Most of our products cannot be sent by normal courier and must be sent by pallet carrier. Our carrier provides a kerbside delivery service only. Please note that we do not provide an installation service and the fire pit will be left on the pallet outside your property. Deliveries will be made daytime (between 9-00 am and 18-00 pm. A signature will be required. We request that you inspect your delivery prior to signing for any items if any damage is evident PEASE ENSURE YOU SIGN THE CARRIER PAPERWORK AS “DAMAGED” Otherwise no responsibility for damages can be accepted.
The pallet carrier will use a pallet truck and tail lift to unload the goods. Please be aware they can only unload onto a hard standing surface such as concrete or tarmac.

Please ensure that a daytime contact number is provided so that the carriers can contact you to book in or inform you of any changes to the delivery.
Most of our fire pits have a painted finish and they must be carefully lifted in to place. These may be heavy items and require a minimum of two people to handle safely.
If you choose to delay your delivery date, we can temporarily store your order within our own premises. However depending on the duration of storage is required it may be chargeable. Please call us to discuss.

NORMAL DELIVERY CHARGES – The cost of delivery will be calculated on-line during check-out. For Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Europe, please call or email us for a quote.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY CHARGES – We can send orders to most countries around the world. Please telephone or email our office for a quote.

RETURNS POLICY & WARRANTY – If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days, unused, undamaged and in its original packing, (i.e. in saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Firstly, contact us so that we can discuss your return and if necessary, arrange a return for you.
Returns should be made as per receipt, on a pallet. The product should be securely attached to the pallet before returning to us at Logi Engineering LTD, 11 Britannia Way, Britannia Enterprise Park, Lichfield WS14 9UY, United Kingdom. Ideally, we will use our own carrier at a cost of £75 for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund or credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Logi Engineering LTD is not liable for any returned items lost or damaged in transit unless arranged by us.
Bespoke and customised products are excluded from this return policy.

When a product is purchased; please read, understand and follow the THE FIREPIT SAFETY RULES very carefully before installing and using the product for the first time. If you experience any difficulties installing or operating the product, please contact us.
All Logi firepits carry a 12 month guarantee against faulty manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover damage due to general wear and tear, or misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights. Paint coatings are excluded from this guarantee.

REFUND – If you do not return the goods to us in the same condition they were when originally delivered or do not pay the costs of delivery. We shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days. As per the conditions above your refund will be made exclusive of the cost of shipping.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL – We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

INVALIDITY – If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected to the extent that they can continue in force without the unenforceable term or condition.

PRIVACY – You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS – Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

GOVERNING LAW – The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT – These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us and except where you are dealing as a consumer:

Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us; and,
Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
We will contact you to discuss date of delivery in the event of any foreseen delay. 
All our firepits are made in UK and subject to a order confirmation delivery can sometimes take –up to two weeks (During busy periods) longer for bespoke and out of stock items. Generally our carrier will deliver within 2 days. If your order is urgent, please call us to discuss your required delivery date. If there are any issues regarding the delivery of any of the items on your order, we will contact you immediately.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 14th working day from the day after the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason including, without limitation and whether payment has been received by us, if:
– we do not deliver to your area; or
– one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical/computer error.
If we do refuse your order we will notify you by e-mail and will refund your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Bespoke designed products are excluded from this policy.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract, then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.
If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received, and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

COLLECTION

How does the collection process work

Once you have added your item to the online cart, proceed to checkout and enter your customer information. Simply select Collect From US as delivery option.
Normally goods are ready for collection within 7 days after receipt of order and payment. Bespoke orders will take longer and we will inform you of expected lead time.
You will receive two emails after you have placed your order:
• Once your order has been submitted and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email let you know that we have received your order request and have begun to process your order.
• A further confirmed collection date email will be sent to notify you when your order is ready for collection normally within 5 days. Please contact us to arrange a specific time or if your order is urgent.

How long will it take for collection order to be ready for pick up?

Generally your order will be ready for collection within 7 days of order placement and receipt of payment.

Where can I collect from?

Your order can be collected from Logi Engineering limited, Unit 11 Britannia Way, Britannia Enterprise Park, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS14 9UY. Please be aware this is a working engineering company visiting is strictly by prearrangement only. Please contact us so we can arrange a suitable time for your collection. We will be happy assist you in loading on to a suitable vehicle. Please be aware our firepits are large heavy items and will be secured on a pallet. The vehicle will be loaded with a fork lift.

What do I need to bring with me when picking up my order?

You will need to bring the following items with you when picking up your order:
1. Valid photo ID
2. Your order confirmation email

What if I am unable to print my order confirmation email?

If you are unable to print the email, please make a note of your order number to give to the us on arrival and we will find your details on our system.

Are there any time restrictions on when I will be able to pick up my in-store order?

Our opening times are normally 8.am to 5.pm Monday to Friday. We can arrange by agreement for collections outside of these times.

Does my collection order expire?

No. However if you order is not collected within 30 days after agreed collection date there will be a storage charge of £3 per day. Starting on the 31st day after agreed collection date (Date stated on Confirmed collection date email). Any storage charges will need to be paid either before or at the time of collection.
