Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT – Once payment has been received we will confirm your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and us.
Payment can be made online via our website using or secure payment provider – Payzone (most major credit/debit cards accepted), by bank transfer or by cheque.
ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY – All our credit/debit card transactions are carried out by Payzone. They deliver one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. No payment details are stored or handled directly via our Logi Firepits website.
During busy times, or bank holidays, deliveries may be affected. For information please contact us via e-mail or phone.
Goods will be delivered to the address specified when the order was placed.
Most of our products cannot be sent by normal courier and must be sent by pallet carrier. Our carrier provides a kerbside delivery service only. Please note that we do not provide an installation service and the fire pit will be left on the pallet outside your property. Deliveries will be made daytime (between 9-00 am and 18-00 pm. A signature will be required. We request that you inspect your delivery prior to signing for any items if any damage is evident PEASE ENSURE YOU SIGN THE CARRIER PAPERWORK AS “DAMAGED” Otherwise no responsibility for damages can be accepted.
The pallet carrier will use a pallet truck and tail lift to unload the goods. Please be aware they can only unload onto a hard standing surface such as concrete or tarmac.
Please ensure that a daytime contact number is provided so that the carriers can contact you to book in or inform you of any changes to the delivery.
Most of our fire pits have a painted finish and they must be carefully lifted in to place. These may be heavy items and require a minimum of two people to handle safely.
If you choose to delay your delivery date, we can temporarily store your order within our own premises. However depending on the duration of storage is required it may be chargeable. Please call us to discuss.
NORMAL DELIVERY CHARGES – The cost of delivery will be calculated on-line during check-out. For Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Europe, please call or email us for a quote.

RETURNS POLICY & WARRANTY – If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days, unused, undamaged and in its original packing, (i.e. in saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Firstly, contact us so that we can discuss your return and if necessary, arrange a return for you.
Returns should be made as per receipt, on a pallet. The product should be securely attached to the pallet before returning to us at Logi Engineering LTD, 11 Britannia Way, Britannia Enterprise Park, Lichfield WS14 9UY, United Kingdom. Ideally, we will use our own carrier at a cost of £75 for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund or credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Logi Engineering LTD is not liable for any returned items lost or damaged in transit unless arranged by us.
Bespoke and customised products are excluded from this return policy.
When a product is purchased; please read, understand and follow the THE FIREPIT SAFETY RULES very carefully before installing and using the product for the first time. If you experience any difficulties installing or operating the product, please contact us.
All Logi firepits carry a 12 month guarantee against faulty manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover damage due to general wear and tear, or misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights. Paint coatings are excluded from this guarantee.
REFUND – If you do not return the goods to us in the same condition they were when originally delivered or do not pay the costs of delivery. We shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days. As per the conditions above your refund will be made exclusive of the cost of shipping.
Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us; and,
Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
