ORDER AND DELIVERY
Current rules describe our policy of orders processing and delivery. Any requirements which are not included within current document can be found in our Our Terms and Conditions.
Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
We will contact you to discuss date of delivery in the event of any foreseen delay.
All our firepits are made in UK and subject to a order confirmation delivery can sometimes take –up to two weeks (During busy periods) longer for bespoke and out of stock items. Generally our carrier will deliver within 2 days. If your order is urgent, please call us to discuss your required delivery date. If there are any issues regarding the delivery of any of the items on your order, we will contact you immediately.
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 14th working day from the day after the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason including, without limitation and whether payment has been received by us, if:
– we do not deliver to your area; or
– one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical/computer error.
If we do refuse your order we will notify you by e-mail and will refund your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Bespoke designed products are excluded from this policy.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract, then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.
If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received, and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

During busy times, or bank holidays, deliveries may be affected. For information and enquiries on all online orders please contact us via e-mail or phone.
Goods will be delivered to the address you gave us when the order was placed.
Most of our products cannot be sent by normal courier and must be sent by pallet carrier.
We work with pallet carrier and provide a kerbside service only. Please note that we do not provide an installation service and the firepit will be left on the pallet outside your property.
Deliveries will be made daytime (between 9-00 am and 18-00 pm on a date agreed with you and Logi Engineering LTD. A signature will be required. We request that you inspect your delivery prior to signing for any items. Any damage item must be signed for as “Damaged” on the carrier’s paperwork otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for any damaged items.
Please ensure that a daytime contact number is provided so that the carriers can contact you to book in or inform you of any changes to the delivery.
As firepits have the painted finish and they must be carefully lifted in to place. Our fire pits are heavy and require a minimum of two people to handle safely.
If you choose to delay your delivery date, we can store temporarily store your order within our own premises. however, depending on how long storage is required it may be chargeable. Please call us to discuss.
How does the collection process work
Once you have added your item to the online cart, proceed to checkout and enter your customer information. Simply select Collect From US as delivery option.
Normally goods are ready for collection within 7 days after receipt of order and payment. Bespoke orders will take longer and we will inform you of expected lead time.
You will receive two emails after you have placed your order:
• Once your order has been submitted and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email let you know that we have received your order request and have begun to process your order.
• A further confirmed collection date email will be sent to notify you when your order is ready for collection normally within 5 days. Please contact us to arrange a specific time or if your order is urgent.
How long will it take for collection order to be ready for pick up?
Generally your order will be ready for collection within 7 days of order placement and receipt of payment.
Where can I collect from?
Your order can be collected from Logi Engineering limited, Unit 11 Britannia Way, Britannia Enterprise Park, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS14 9UY. Please be aware this is a working engineering company visiting is strictly by prearrangement only. Please contact us so we can arrange a suitable time for your collection. We will be happy assist you in loading on to a suitable vehicle. Please be aware our firepits are large heavy items and will be secured on a pallet. The vehicle will be loaded with a fork lift.
What do I need to bring with me when picking up my order?
You will need to bring the following items with you when picking up your order:
1. Valid photo ID
2. Your order confirmation email
What if I am unable to print my order confirmation email?
If you are unable to print the email, please make a note of your order number to give to the us on arrival and we will find your details on our system.
Are there any time restrictions on when I will be able to pick up my in-store order?
Our opening times are normally 8.am to 5.pm Monday to Friday. We can arrange by agreement for collections outside of these times.
Does my collection order expire?
No. However if you order is not collected within 30 days after agreed collection date there will be a storage charge of £3 per day. Starting on the 31st day after agreed collection date (Date stated on Confirmed collection date email). Any storage charges will need to be paid either before or at the time of collection.
NORMAL DELIVERY CHARGES
The cost of delivery will be calculated on-line during check-out.
